Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Lumière Adorn. We are committed to delivering your items securely and keeping you informed every step of the way.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been prepared for shipment.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

  • Free Economy Shipping — on all orders over $75
  • Economy Shipping — $4.90 (0–5 lbs) | $19.90 (5–70 lbs)
  • Standard Shipping — $6.90 (0–1 lb) | $9.90 (1–5 lbs)

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated transit times will be shown at checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged upon delivery by their local authorities.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Tracking

As soon as your shipping label is created, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your number.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an item is scanned by the carrier, it is in the hands of the shipping service.

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or DHL immediately.
  • We recommend shipping to a secure location to prevent theft.
