Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Lumière Adorn, we take pride in the delicate craftsmanship of our fashion jewelry. To ensure every customer receives a brand-new, untouched piece, we have established the following return process.
1. The 15-Day Inspection Period
We offer a 15-day inspection window starting from the date of delivery. Please inspect your jewelry immediately upon arrival.
2. Eligibility & The Authentic Seal
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The Authentic Seal: Except for Sale items and non-refundable items, every piece is shipped with a unique security seal. This seal must remain intact, uncut, and untampered with. If the seal is broken or removed, the item is considered "final sale."

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in all original branded boxes, pouches, and inserts.

Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange:

Custom or Personalized Orders
- Note for EU Customers: If you are located in the European Union, sale and clearance items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery under your statutory right of withdrawal, provided the item is in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at lumiereadorn@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of seal status and are not subject to return shipping fees.

- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Original Shipping: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- EU Right of Withdrawal: Customers located in the European Union may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery without incurring a restocking fee, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). All other return conditions (original packaging, unworn condition) still apply.
4. How to Start a Return (RMA)
We require photo verification before a return is authorized. Email lumiereadorn@gmail.com within the 15-day window with:
Returns sent without a confirmed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and passes final inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Defective item refunds are processed within the same 7–10 business day window.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for your eligible piece (see Section 4) and place a new order. Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, which you can use toward your new purchase.
Note: We recommend placing your new order promptly, as inventory is limited and we cannot hold items.
